欢迎使用“DJ 阿良”（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由林夏良（以下简称“我们”）开发并运营。本政策用于说明，在您使用本应用的过程中，我们如何看待和处理与隐私相关的信息。

DJ 阿良不包含用户注册或登录系统，不使用 Cookie，不主动收集、上传或出售任何用户个人信息。

一、我们不主动收集个人信息

二、音乐服务说明

本应用目前使用 Apple Music Kit 提供音乐播放、授权及目录访问能力。

  • 当您主动点击连接 Apple Music 时，系统会向您请求相应授权。
  • Apple Music 的账号体系、订阅状态和播放能力由 Apple 提供并管理。
  • 我们不会读取、保存或掌握您的 Apple ID 账号密码，也不会在自有服务器中保存任何 Apple Music 登录凭证。

三、远程歌单与封面请求

为了让歌单内容能够与网页版保持同步，本应用会从良以至善官网服务器读取歌单索引、歌单内容和封面图片资源。

  • 这些请求仅用于获取公开的歌单元数据与封面资源。
  • 请求过程中通常会产生基础网络日志，例如 IP 地址、请求时间和 User-Agent，这些日志属于网络服务运行所需的常规信息。
  • 我们不会利用上述信息建立用户行为档案，也不会将其用于广告投放或商业化分析。

四、设备本地存储的信息

为了提升使用体验，本应用会在您的设备本地保存以下数据：

  • 收藏的歌单。
  • 收藏的歌曲及其播放所需基础信息快照。
  • 语言设置。
  • 歌单封面缓存（用于减少重复加载）。

上述信息均默认保存在您的设备本地，用于实现产品功能本身，不会主动上传到我们的服务器。

五、您的控制权

  • 您可以随时在应用内取消收藏歌单或歌曲。
  • 您可以在设置中清除封面缓存。
  • 您可以通过卸载应用清除本地保存的数据。
  • 您可以在系统设置中撤回 Apple Music 授权。

六、未成年人保护

若您是未成年人，请在监护人指导下阅读并使用本应用。由于本应用不提供账号系统，我们无法主动识别用户年龄，但我们仍会按照相关法律法规审慎对待与未成年人相关的问题。

Introduction

Welcome to DJ Liang (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Matt Lin ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we approach and handle privacy-related information when you use the App.

DJ Liang does not include a user registration or login system, does not use cookies, and does not actively collect, upload, or sell any personal information.

1. We Do Not Actively Collect Personal Information

  • The App does not provide account registration, login, or phone/email binding features.
  • The App does not use cookies and does not build user profiles.
  • We do not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, communications, location data, or any information directly tied to your real-world identity.
  • The App does not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs.

2. Music Service Notice

The App currently uses Apple Music Kit to provide music playback, authorization, and catalog access.

  • When you choose to connect Apple Music, the system will request the relevant permissions from you.
  • Your Apple Music account system, subscription status, and playback capability are provided and managed by Apple.
  • We do not read, store, or have access to your Apple ID password, nor do we store any Apple Music login credentials on our own servers.

3. Remote Playlist and Artwork Requests

To keep playlist content synchronized with the web version, the App requests playlist indexes, playlist data, and artwork assets from the Liangyizhishan website server.

  • These requests are used only to retrieve publicly available playlist metadata and artwork resources.
  • Basic network logs may be generated during these requests, such as IP address, request time, and user agent. These logs are routine operational data required for normal network services.
  • We do not use this information to build user behavior profiles, nor do we use it for advertising or commercial analytics.

4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To improve the experience, the App may store the following data locally on your device:

  • Favorite playlists.
  • Liked songs and basic playback snapshots needed to keep them playable.
  • Language preferences.
  • Playlist artwork cache used to reduce repeat loading.

This data is stored locally on your device by default for product functionality and is not actively uploaded to our servers.

5. Your Control

  • You can remove favorite playlists or liked songs at any time inside the App.
  • You can clear artwork cache in Settings.
  • You can delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
  • You can revoke Apple Music permissions in system settings.

6. Minors

If you are a minor, please read and use the App under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Because the App does not include an account system, we cannot actively verify a user's age, but we still treat issues related to minors with appropriate care under applicable laws and regulations.

7. Updates to This Policy

If the App's data handling practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy in a prominent place on the website or within the App.
