1. 本政策适用范围
Archi 由林夏良（以下简称“我们”）开发。本政策说明 Archi 应用如何在设备本地处理记录，以及保存图片、购买和主动联系支持等情形。它不代表 Apple、你自行选择的分享目标或其他第三方服务的隐私政策。
我们不通过 Archi 建立用户账户，不将你的项目名称、进度、日历记录或效率人格结果上传至开发者服务器，也不将这些内容用于广告或出售。你输入的内容可能包含个人信息，但这些内容的日常存储、展示与计算都在你的设备上完成。
2. 哪些内容保存在本地
- 你创建的项目名称、颜色、进度、状态、创建时间，以及推进、暂停、恢复、完成等操作记录。
- 你添加的工作内容、关联项目、日期和记录时间。
- 根据上述本地记录，按固定规则计算的效率人格及说明；这不是联网 AI 分析，也不是身份、生物特征或心理健康识别。
- 语言偏好等应用设置，以及为显示已购权益所必需的本地购买状态（如适用）。
本应用没有开发者账户系统、开发者云备份或跨设备云同步服务。我们无法从服务器查询、恢复或导出你的本地项目与工作记录。
3. 网络、追踪与第三方服务
项目管理、日历记录、进度计算、效率人格生成和图片生成均可在本地完成，不需要向开发者服务器发送请求。本应用不接入广告 SDK、第三方行为统计 SDK 或追踪 SDK，不读取广告标识符，也不进行跨应用追踪。
“本地运行”不等于设备上的所有相关操作均无需网络。下载安装、更新、一次性买断的结算、恢复购买和必要的购买验证，由 Apple 的系统与 App Store 服务处理，可能需要网络连接。我们不要求你向开发者提供 Apple 账户密码、银行卡号或支付凭证中的敏感信息。
Apple 会按照其政策处理账户、支付和购买记录，开发者可能通过 Apple 获得交易状态或汇总销售、诊断信息；我们不会主动将你的项目或日历内容附加到这类信息中。详情见 Apple《App Store 与隐私》。
4. 照片权限与主动分享
只有当你点击“保存图片”时，Archi 才会申请系统的“仅添加照片”权限，用于把刚生成的人格卡片写入系统相册。我们不读取、扫描或上传相册中已有的照片。拒绝授权不影响项目、日历和人格等日常功能；你可以在系统设置中管理该权限。
保存后的图片由系统相册管理。你主动通过系统分享面板选择发送目标时，系统会把你选中的图片交给该目标；之后的处理由你选择的应用或服务负责，可能涉及联网。Archi 不会自动发布图片，也不会将图片上传给开发者。
本应用不为上述功能请求位置、通讯录、麦克风或相机权限。
5. 保留、删除与系统备份
记录保留在设备本地，直到你自行删除记录、删除项目或移除应用数据。删除项目会同时删除本应用内与之关联的工作记录。已经保存到系统相册、导出或分享给其他应用的图片，不会随应用内数据一起删除，需要在相应位置自行管理。
使用系统的“删除 App”通常会移除应用及其本地数据；“卸载 App”可能保留文稿与数据，两者不同。设备迁移、电脑备份或 iCloud 设备备份是否包含应用数据，取决于你的系统设置及 Apple 的机制。这类系统备份不属于开发者提供的云同步，我们无法访问或代为删除。
请妥善管理设备和备份。我们没有服务器副本，无法替你找回因删除、设备损坏或其他原因丢失的本地记录。
6. 你主动联系开发者时
如果你主动发邮件请求支持，我们会收到你提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容及附件，仅用于处理咨询、排查问题或履行法定义务。请只提供解决问题所需的信息，不要发送账户密码、完整支付信息或无关的私人记录。
支持邮件不会被用于广告画像或出售；我们仅在处理请求及满足必要法律要求所需期间保留，并在不再需要时删除。你可以通过下方邮箱提出更正或删除请求。
7. 你的选择与未成年人
你可以在应用内查看、更正和删除自己的记录，在设置中切换语言，在系统设置中管理照片权限。因为我们没有你的本地数据副本，这些操作主要由你在设备上完成，不需要向开发者提交身份资料。
未成年人应在监护人的指导下使用本应用；购买须取得监护人许可并遵守 Apple 的家长控制规则。我们不主动收集用户年龄或儿童身份信息。如你认为支持邮件中误含了未成年人的个人信息，请联系我们处理。
8. 官网访问与政策更新
你主动打开官网或本政策网页时，浏览器需要联网。网站及托管服务为传输页面和维护安全会处理必要的连接信息，例如 IP 地址、请求地址和浏览器信息；这不包含 Archi 中的本地记录。本 Archi 专区未嵌入广告追踪或第三方统计脚本。
为保持官网字体风格，本页面可能从 Google Fonts 加载字体；此时浏览器会连接该字体服务，对方可能收到 IP 地址等连接信息，但不会收到应用中的本地记录。
本政策如有更新，会在本页标明日期。若未来新增会改变本地数据处理方式的功能，我们会在启用前另行说明，并在依法需要时取得同意，不以本政策概括授权未来的数据收集。

1. Scope of This Policy
Archi is developed by Matt Lin (林夏良, “we”). This policy explains local data processing in Archi and what happens when you save an image, make a purchase, or contact support. It does not replace the policies of Apple or any external service you choose.
Archi does not create an app account or upload your project names, progress, calendar records, or productivity persona results to developer servers. We do not use these records for advertising or sell them. Information you enter may be personal, but its normal storage, display, and processing take place on your device.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
- Project names, colors, progress, status, creation times, and records of progress updates, pauses, resumptions, and completion.
- Work entries, associated projects, dates, and entry times.
- Productivity personas and descriptions calculated from local records using fixed rules. This is not online AI analysis, identity recognition, biometric analysis, or a mental health assessment.
- App preferences such as language, and local purchase status needed to display purchased features, where applicable.
Archi has no developer account system, developer cloud backup, or cloud synchronization service. We cannot retrieve, restore, or export your local records from a server.
3. Network Access, Tracking, and Third Parties
Project management, calendar entries, progress calculations, productivity personas, and image generation work locally without requests to developer servers. The app contains no advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, or tracking SDKs; it does not read advertising identifiers or track you across apps.
Local operation does not mean that every related system action is offline. Apple handles downloads, updates, purchase checkout, purchase restoration, and necessary purchase validation through its systems and App Store services. These actions may require an internet connection. We do not ask you to send the developer your Apple Account password, bank card number, or sensitive payment details.
Apple processes account, payment, and purchase records under its own policies. Developers may receive transaction status or aggregate sales and diagnostic information through Apple. We do not actively attach project or calendar content to this information. See Apple’s App Store & Privacy notice.
4. Photos Permission and Sharing You Initiate
Archi requests add-only Photos permission only when you select “Save Image,” to write the generated persona card to Photos. We do not read, scan, or upload existing photos. Refusing permission does not affect ordinary project, calendar, or persona features. You can manage permission in system settings.
Saved images are managed by Photos. If you choose a destination in the system share sheet, the system passes the selected image to that destination. The receiving app or service handles it under its own rules and may use the internet. Archi does not automatically publish images or upload them to the developer.
These features do not request location, contacts, microphone, or camera access.
5. Retention, Deletion, and System Backups
Records remain on your device until you delete entries, delete projects, or remove app data. Deleting a project also deletes its associated work entries in the app. Images already saved to Photos, exported, or shared with another app are not deleted with app data; manage those copies separately.
“Delete App” normally removes the app and its local data; “Offload App” may retain documents and data. Device migration, computer backups, and iCloud device backups may include app data depending on your system settings and Apple’s mechanisms. These are not developer cloud synchronization services, and we cannot access or delete those backups for you.
Please manage your device and backups carefully. We have no server copy from which to recover records lost through deletion, device damage, or other causes.
6. When You Contact Support
If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you provide. We use them only to answer your request, investigate issues, or meet legal obligations. Send only what is needed; do not send passwords, complete payment information, or unrelated private records.
Support messages are not sold or used for advertising profiles. We retain them only as long as necessary to handle the request and meet applicable legal requirements, then delete them. You can request correction or deletion at the email address below.
7. Your Choices and Minors
You can view, correct, and delete your records in the app, change its language, and manage Photos permission in system settings. Since we have no copy of your local records, you generally perform these actions on your device without sending us identity documents.
Minors should use the app with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Purchases require guardian permission and are subject to Apple’s parental controls. We do not actively collect ages or children’s identity information. Contact us if a support message inadvertently includes a minor’s personal information.
8. Website Visits and Policy Updates
Opening the website or this policy requires an internet connection. The website and hosting services process connection information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, as needed to deliver pages and maintain security. This does not include local Archi records. This Archi website section has no advertising tracking or third-party analytics scripts.
To match the website’s typography, these pages may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser then connects to that font service, which can receive connection information such as your IP address. Local app records are not included.
Updates to this policy will be dated here. If a future feature changes how local records are handled, we will explain this before enabling it and obtain consent where required by law. This policy does not authorize unspecified future data collection.
